Atlantic Semi has fulfilled all of the requirements for certification under ISO 9001:2015. This very important credential means that our company has established a strict quality system for procurement, qualification, warehousing and distribution of hard-to-find electronic components and computer products. Also included are standards for record keeping, processing orders, upholding procedures and a steadfast commitment to continuous system improvement. Every Atlantic Semi employee adheres to these standards at all times, and we are regularly audited by the certifying body for conformance.

ERAI

ERAI, Inc. is a privately held global information services organization that monitors, investigates and reports issues affecting the global semiconductor supply chain. Since 1995, ERAI tools and services have assisted buyers and sellers from all sectors of the supply chain in preventing loss by mitigating risk in the material purchasing process. Our unique service enables companies to perform industry specific risk mitigation on suspect counterfeit, high-risk and non-conforming parts, as well as, problematic vendors and customers.
As the world's largest database of non-conforming material, ERAI is leading the fight against the sale of counterfeit and high-risk components and promoting a higher level of awareness via data-sharing, education, training and networking. The evolving global marketplace has made ERAI a necessary service for anyone involved in the electronic supply chain.

SBANE
The Smaller Business Association of New England, Inc. (SBANE), founded in 1938, is a private not-for-profit association of approximately 700 member companies located throughout the six-state region. SBANE was established to provide a legislative voice for small business at the state and federal levels and to make practical information available to help business owners grow their companies. SBANE runs diverse, educational programs each year and has active chapters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The membership is characterized by a high degree of participation, reflected in a large and dynamic committee structure, addressing a range of topics from international trade to human resources

BBB

BBB (Better Business Bureau) sees trust as a function of two primary factors – integrity and performance. Integrity includes respect, ethics and intent. Performance speaks to a business’s track record of delivering results in accordance with BBB standards and/or addressing customer concerns in a timely, satisfactory manner.

ESD

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge Association) standards and specifications provide the guidance companies need to get their ESD control programs off and running. ANSI recognized standards for the control of electrostatic discharge in manufacturing and the electronics industry.

GIDEP

GIDEP (Government-Industry Data Exchange Program) is a cooperative activity between government and industry participants seeking to reduce or eliminate expenditures of resources by sharing technical information. Since 1959, over $2.1 BILLION in prevention of unplanned expenditures has been reported.

ISO 27001 - Information technology -- Security techniques -- Information security management systems – Requirements

ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security management. It outlines how to put in place an independently assessed and certified information security management system. This allows us to more effectively secure all financial and confidential data, so minimizing the likelihood of it being accessed illegally or without permission.

We are committed and comply to global best practice, proving to customers, suppliers and stakeholders that security is paramount to the way we operate and in process of becoming ISO27001 registered.

ISO/IEC 27001 helps us address the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of our organization's overall business risks. It specifies requirements for the implementation of security controls customized to the needs of Atlantic Semi.

ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental management systems -- Requirements with guidance for use

Specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable Atlantic Semi to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which we subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. It applies to those environmental aspects that we identified as those, which we can control, and those, which we can influence.

Atlantic Semi is in process of becoming registered to ISO14001 by establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an environmental management system, to assure conformity with our stated environmental policy, and to demonstrate conformity with ISO 14001.

ISO 18001 - Requirements for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

OHSAS 18001 is a specification for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems to help Atlantic Semiconductor meet health and safety obligations in an efficient and effective manner for occupational health and safety management best practice. Atlantic Semiconductor is in process of becoming registered to ISO18001 to achieve the maximum return for our employees, our operations and our customers by;
Creating the best possible working conditions across Atlantic Semiconductor
Identifying hazards and put in place controls to manage them
Reducing workplace accidents and illness to cut related costs and downtime
Engaging and motivating staff with better, safer working conditions
Demonstrate compliance to our valued customers and suppliers 

ANSI ESD S20.20 - Electrostatic discharge control program standard

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) and static electricity can cause numerous problems for across several industries, particularly the electronics industry. Product quality and reliability, manufacturing costs and production can all be affected by ESD. Atlantic Semiconductor complies to ESD S20.20 in its design, development, implementation and maintenance of an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control Program to protect ESD-sensitive electrical or electronic parts, assemblies and equipment from being damaged by Human Body Model (HBM) discharges greater than or equal to 100 volts. Atlantic Semiconductor is ANSI ESD S20.20 Compliant and pending certification.

IPC certification - Association Connecting Electronics Industries

IPC devotes resources to management improvement and technology enhancement programs, the creation of relevant standards, protection of the environment, and pertinent government relations. Atlantic Semiconductor is in process of achieving certification by IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) an international trade association and the industry’s leading source for standards, training, market research and public policy advocacy.

ISO 50001 - Energy Management System Certification

Organizations across all industries are faced with the exponentially increasing cost of energy. It is now critical for businesses to objectively evaluate their own energy consumption in order to maintain or reduce the related cost and lessen their negative impact on the environment and depletion of ever-shrinking resources.

ISO 50001 is a standard designed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to assist companies in their efforts to minimize energy consumption. Similar to management systems standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ISO 50001 follows the proven Plan-Do-Check-Act method for continual improvement. ISO 50001 provides organizations a framework for creating and implementing an energy management system, as well as decreasing their energy usage, reducing the cost of doing business. Decreased Energy Consumption = Increased Cost Savings passed on to our customers
